Delivery & Returns
Delivery
Please see above for the estimated time this product will be available in our facility. When placing your order, you may request a delivery date during the checkout process. The next steps in the delivery process depend on whether the order is being delivered within the state of Iowa, or outside the state of Iowa.
Customers with delivery in the state of Iowa will choose the date for delivery during checkout. You will receive a call prior to this date with an approximate two-hour timeframe of when the delivery drivers will arrive.
Customers with delivery outside the state of Iowa may request a delivery date during the checkout process. This date is not guaranteed but we will try to get as close to this date as possible. Once the items leave our facility, the carrier will contact you within 5-10 business days to schedule your actual delivery date and time.
Charges for out-of-state deliveries are contingent upon the shipping address, product weight and other shipping factors. Your delivery charges will be calculated during checkout.

Returns
Merchandise reselection or returns are available on merchandise excluding clearance, custom orders, bed products (mattress, box spring, bed pillows, adjustable bases) and delivery charges. Item must be in its original condition and accompanied by a sales receipt within 30 days after delivery or pickup (10 days for rugs and accessories). Shipping and delivery charges are not refundable. The cost of return shipping or delivery will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be issued on merchandise (excluding "AS IS" products, custom orders and delivery/shipping charges) upon return of the merchandise to Homemakers. Refunds are processed in the same manner as the payment was received, except for cash and gift cards. Cash payments will be refunded via corporate check. For gift cards, Homemakers will issue a new gift card for the amount being refunded.

1. FREE In-store Pick Up
We'll notify you when your order is ready in our 27-lane Pick Ups Department, conveniently located in the back of our facility. Our warehouse personnel will load your order into your vehicle and can assist with tying down merchandise. All products come in factory packaging and certain items require customer assembly.
2. Express Shipping (Statewide)
Homemakers offers Express Shipping in the state of Iowa. Express Shipping includes placement of all furniture in factory packaging inside your garage, in your driveway, or outside the first-floor entry of your home or apartment. Personnel are not permitted to enter your home, including your patio or porch, and they will not haul away old bedding. An authorized signature from an adult is required when the driver arrives at your home. Any products that require assembly will be the responsibility of the customer. *PLEASE NOTE: Express Shipping is not available for pool tables, accessories, or clearance accessory items.
3. In Home Delivery Service (Statewide)
Homemakers offers In-Home Delivery in the state of Iowa. Our team will remove your furniture from its packaging, fully inspect it and assemble it, if applicable.* It will then be padded for protection and loaded into our delivery truck. Our delivery personnel will bring your furniture into your home and place it in the empty room you have designated. *PLEASE NOTE: some items require customer assembly. These products are clearly labeled "assembly required" for your convenience. Our delivery personnel are not authorized to assemble these items for you.
4. Threshold Delivery (Outside of Iowa)
Threshold delivery is available to customers who live outside of the state of Iowa. Delivery is available Monday through Friday. We will coordinate delivery of your items with a third-party carrier within five business days of your items arriving in our warehouse. Delivery personnel will deliver your order to the "first dry space" outside your home or place of business. Items are delivered in factory packaging. Some items that arrive will require some customer setup or assembly. Setup and assembly services are not included, and we do not grant authorization for delivery personnel to provide setup and assembly for deliveries.
5. Standard Ground Shipping
Smaller, lighter parcels may be transported via standard ground shipping. We use a variety of carriers, and your order may come from our facility or directly from the manufacturer.
6. Pool Table Professional Delivery and Installation
Pool table packages are available for customers within the state of Iowa. Pool Table Service of Iowa will deliver the package, which will arrive separately from other items in your order. The delivery agent will not install anything other than the pool table.
